About Me
I believe every person, every couple, every family has a unique story worth telling. My approach to photography is rooted in authenticity—I'm not interested in posed perfection. Instead, I seek out the genuine moments: the quiet glances, the spontaneous laughter, the tender touches that make your story yours. With a background in documentary photography and a deep love for natural light, I create images that feel timeless yet alive.
My journey with photography began in Seoul, where I grew up surrounded by my grandmother's photo albums. Those faded images taught me that photographs are more than moments frozen in time—they're portals to memory, emotion, and connection. After studying photojournalism at Columbia, I spent years documenting stories around the world before returning to my first love: people. Today, I work primarily with couples, families, and brands who value authenticity over artifice.
